Gems

If you love colored gems, you will love our store!  We travel the world 3 times a year buying gems from the miners and cutters in Sri Lanka, Brazil, Thailand and Asia.  We were spending so much time in Sri Lanka that we actually built a second home there.  The town is called “Ratnapura” which means “City of Gems”.  There are sapphire mines literally within 100 yards of our home. We have a vast selection of Ceylon Sapphires in blue, pink and golden colors.  We stock many rare varieties of gems, including genuine alexandrite, tanzanites and tsavorite (green garnet).  We specialize in bi-color and watermelon tourmaline as well as all the traditional gemstones.
